emails from our 'system' & 'webmaster'
accounts. You will now log
in and complete
your profile.

You have completed your profile.
Now its time to view what menu options are available

When I click on "View Movies"
I get a message stating that I am Not
Activated ?! How does my account become
activated?
Please
e-mail Business
Development or call 416.697.6694 / 416.888.4444
to activate your account. We will ask you for
the company name and how many people you wish
to activate.
From
there, we will Activate
the Clips .The Next time you click on View
Movies will have full access to this feature
to Radicate your daily Stress!

My Nutrition
Plan is Empty ?! It is essential
to have our Registered Dieticians communicate
and plan according to your profile. Your account
will have to be activated for a 5, 9 or 12 month
plan for this feature. The Registered Dietician
will analyze your plan and
create your custom plan using our software.
The next time you log in and click My Nutrition
Plans you will see what he/she wrote. Please
click Nutrition
Plan to view a sample.

I want to "Customize My Webpage"
for my employees.....
Our
technology has allowed for 100's of employees
to login to your custom 'company portal.' This
allows your employees to view company wide routines
and have their OWN custom Nutrition Plan and
profile.
The Company may upload their logo and can create
daily messages for their employees to read.
The Key is to save
your image as your e-mail User ID. For example,
johnsmith@acmecompany.com.jpg Yes the file name
can be this long.
Then you will browse an upload. After this is
complete you will create
the message for your employees to view on
your portal. Once
saved, you will log out and then
log back in. Your
logo and message will appear.

Our software company fields calls from
our Consultant's who are on the road all year
round. Our support team needs to be at their
workstation 90% of the day to field the calls.
Can you customize routines that would fit both
employee types? How would I request specific
routines?
We have a section on the menu that allows you
to send
a Movie Request. Please feel free to use
this feature or fax/call the request in.
We
